Civil Rights Litigation

We were responsible for establishing satellite voting offices offering in-person registration and in-person absentee voting at Ft. Belknap, Crow Nation and Northern Cheyenne tribal headquarters for the 2014 general election and future elections. We were able to establish a satellite voting office in Pine Ridge SD in 2012-2018 offering similar election services.

Our office was also successful in bringing litigation under the American With Disabilities Act against the City of Mitchell, South Dakota.
